Ghost Stories - Bonfire, S'mores & Full Moon Night Trail Hike
(Not So) Spooky Ghost Stories & S'mores Night!
Join us for a hauntingly good time on Friday, October 23rd, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the historic Old Roberts Schoolhouse! Get ready for an unforgettable evening packed with ghost stories, delicious s'mores, an full moon "trick or treat" night trail hike, and plenty of fun!
Gather 'round a crackling bonfire to roast marshmallows to golden, gooey perfection, then sandwich them between chocolate and graham crackers for the ultimate s'mores experience. While you enjoy your treats, settle in for captivating, (not so) spooky tales that will get you in the Halloween spirit!
This event is sure to sell out quickly, just like last year, so registration is required!
$23 for 4 s'mores fixin's kits for McKaig members, $27 for not-yet members. Additional single fixin's and water botles available. *** NOTE: when registering, where it says "Number of People Registering" it means "Number of FAMILIES Registering" Each "Family" registration is for 4 s'more fixings. ****
Open Mic Night – Share Your Spooky Tales!
We're excited to feature an open mic segment! Kids and parents alike are encouraged to share their own spooky seasonal stories or read local ghost tales. Let your imaginations run wild and be part of the show!

7:45 to 8:30 Full Moon "Trick or Treat" Trail Night Hike (no flashlights, just moonlight)
What to Bring:
Please remember to bring your flashlights, beach chairs or ground blankets for comfortable seating. Portable toilet will be available on site. Additional s'mores kits will also be available for purchase.
Parking:
Please park in the Roberts Elementary School Parking Lot. Our charming 1850's one-room schoolhouse is conveniently located on the right side of the lot.
