Skip the stores and spend quality time with friends and family on a leisurely hike through the 3¼+ miles of woodland trails at McKaig Nature Preserve. This FREE event offers a variety of activities for all ages.

- Self-Guided Family Hikes: Discover the beauty of McKaig Woods at your own pace.
Meet Us at the "Beach": From 11 AM to 2 PM, join McKaig volunteers and staff at the "Beach" map marker (white 21) for a chance to learn more about the park. Enjoy a cozy bonfire and roast marshmallows. Trail Map
Donations Welcome: While the event is free, your generous donations to the Student and Scout Projects fund will help support educational and community programs.
